Digital Product Terms – Relief Fiction

By purchasing and/or accessing any digital products from Relief Fiction, including but not limited to eBooks, workbooks, audio files, meditations, and downloadable stories, you agree to the following terms:

1. All sales are final
Due to the instant and intangible nature of digital products, all purchases are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued once access has been granted or files have been delivered.

2. License for personal use only
Your purchase grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, share, sell, distribute, upload, email, or otherwise transfer the digital content to others in any form.

3. No commercial use or resale
Relief Fiction’s digital content may not be used for commercial, resale, or redistribution purposes without express written permission.

4. Intellectual property protection
All content, including text, audio, design, artwork, and branding, is the intellectual property of Relief Fiction (Jennifer Wood) and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use or distribution may result in legal action.

5. Access through your account
Your purchased items and any included bonus materials are accessible through your personal account library when you log in to the Relief Fiction website. We recommend saving copies to your personal device for backup where permitted.

6. Included bonus content
From time to time, your purchase may include bonus stories, audio, or supplemental materials. These bonuses hold the same usage restrictions outlined in these terms.
